These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Sonic Workshops website.

By accessing this Website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the Sonic Workshops website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Student”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to the owners of sonicworkshops.co.uk whose registered office is Sonic workshops LLP, 30 Taunton Road Brighton, BN2 4JN. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the student in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Students needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the UK. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Proprietary Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Sonic Workshops and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on eddythrower.co. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://eddythrower.co for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:
• Republish material from Sonicworkshops.co.uk
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Sonicworkshops.co.uk
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Sonicworkshops.co.uk
• Redistribute content from Sonicworkshops.co.uk (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

Subscriptions to Sonicworkshops.co.uk

All membership plans available to customers on Sonicworkshops.co.uk are subscriptions, and automatically renew at the selected increments (monthly, yearly, etc). There are no contracts, and customers may cancel any time before their plan’s renewal date to avoid further charges.

Automatic Renewal Membership fees will be billed monthly/annually and automatically to the credit card you provided when you enrolled in Membership or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount of the then current membership fee.

Cancellation; Termination

You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. No refunds will be available unless we terminate the Sonic Workshops program in its entirety. You must cancel your Membership by navigating to Sonicworkshops.co.uk and selecting the ‘Subscriptions’ link, then click ‘Cancel’ in the actions column. Clicking this will cancel any future billings for the subscription.

Mentoring session Cancellation 

Cancellation is possible any time up to 24 hours before the session. 

If the Internet connection on our side makes the session not possible, then we will reschedule free of charge. 

User Agreement 

By using the site you represent and warrant that (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these terms of use; (4) you are not under the age of 13; (5) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the site; (6) you will not access the site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (7) you will not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (8) your use of the site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the site and Sonic Workshops LLP services. (or an portion thereof)

You may not access or use Sonic Workshops for any purpose other than that of which we make available. Sonic Workshops and its site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Sonic Workshops LLP. 

As a user of the site, you agree not to: 

  1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission or consent from Sonic Workshops LLP 

  2. Trick, defraud, or mislead ourselves or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as passwords. 

  3. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the site, including features that prevent or restrict the use of copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the site and/ore the content contained therein. 

  4. Disparage, tarnish or otherwise in our opinion Sonic Workshops LLP or its assets eg. The site. 

  5. Use any information obtained from the site, mentoring sessions or community in order to harass, abuse, or harm another persons. 

  6. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct. 

  7. Use Sonic Workshops or its community in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations 

  8. Use Sonic Workshops or its community to advertise or offer to sell goods or services. 

  9. Engage in unauthorised framing of a link to Sonicworkshops

  10. Upload or transmit (or attempt to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming(continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any parties uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Sonic Workshops Site or community. 

  11. Engage in automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or use data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction tools. 

  12. Sell or otherwise transfer you profile or bookings. 

  13. Attempt to impersonate another user or person use the username of another user. 

  14. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees agents. 

  15. Attempt to bypass any measure of the site designed to prevent or restrict access to the site or a portion of the site. 

  16. Copy or adapt any of the sites content

  17. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the site. 

  18. Make any unauthorised use of Sonic Workshops and its community, including collecting usernames and/or emailing addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or false pretences.

  19. Use the site as part of an effort to compete with us or otherwise use the site and/ or the content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise   

Terms and terminations 

These terms of user shall remain in full force and effect while you use Sonic Workshops or its communities. Without limiting any other provision of these terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our discretion and without notice or liability, Deny Access to and use of Sonic Workshops and its communities. (including blocking  offending IP addresses) to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms of us or any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the site and Sonic Workshops communities or delete your account and any content or information posted by you at any time, without warning in our sole discretion. 

If we terminate or suspend you account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering or creating a new account, under you own name, a fake name or an alias. In addition to terminating or suspending your account we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal and injunctive redress. 

Comments

1. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
2. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data (‘Comments’) in areas of the website. Sonic Workshops does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Sonic Workshops, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Sonic Workshops shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
3. Sonic Workshops reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. You warrant and represent that:
1. You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
2. The Comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party;
3. The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material or material which is an invasion of privacy
4. The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
5. You hereby grant to Sonic Workshops a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and authorise others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Limitation Of Liability

The main purpose of the Website and the Sonic Workshops services is to provide information to users in relation to their interests. You should note however that Sonic Workshops does not give any warranty that any information will be accurate or up-to-date and the user acknowledges that the information and services offered on the Website is offered on an “as is” basis. 

Sonic Workshops may make improvements or alterations to the Website at any time and without notice. Sonic Workshops is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the content of any site accessed using the Website, nor can it warrant that use of the Website will be free from virus contamination and you should take adequate steps to ensure that you virus check regularly when using the Website on any device.

Sonic Workshops shall not in any event be liable for any damages (whether indirect, incidental, special, consequential or otherwise) arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of the Website, or with any delayed access to, or inability to use the Website, or for any information and services obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if Sonic Workshops has been advised of the possibility of damages.
