Week 1 - Introduce mentor. What is a TM? What are their responsibilities? List of important tools. Overview and what we aim to achieve over next few weeks
Week 2 - Who our working relationships are while on tour? Individuals on the tour and off.
Week 3 - Budgets. What needs to be included in the budget? What are the essentials? Different scenarios for various size tours.
Week 4 - Preparing advance document. Rider etc.. What needs to be included? Sending Advance to promoters and the information you need to obtain.
Week 5 - What needs to be included in a tour book?
Week 6 - Creating a Tour Book and entering information.
Week 7 - Settling a show (collecting payment). Contracts.
Week 8 - Accounting paperwork
Week 9 - On the tour: Day to day responsibilities?
Week 10 - Problems / problem solving
Week 11 - Settling a tour with agent / management.
